Amanda Clay, Chief Operations Officer (COO)
GM Utilities and concrete, LLC is based in Fort Worth, Texas and serves all of North Texas. The company was founded in 2015 by Guadalupe Martinez, who has 25 years of experience in site utilities and excavation.
Shortly after GM Utilities and Concrete was founded James Miller joined the company as Vice President and brought with him over 40 years of construction experience; including Project Management and Estimating. Mr. Miller has since retired and we thank him honorably for his service in helping the company grow.
Amanda Clay joined the company in 2018 as the Office Administrator and has since taken over leading roles in Operations that includes Operations Manager, Project Management, and Finance earning the title as Chief Operations Office (COO).
